In cases where chromosomal abnormalities are detected in karyotype analysis, the genetic screening of embryos is performed. By transferring embryos with a healthy chromosomal structure, the chances of pregnancy are increased.
Hysteroscopy is used to address structural abnormalities, occupying lesions, or adhesions within the uterine cavity. If there are no issues in the uterus, the effectiveness of interventions such as "scratching the uterus" is not proven.
Testing for antiphospholipid antibodies in clotting tests can be performed, and there is no need to check for commonly encountered MTHFR mutations.

If there is fluid in the fallopian tubes, tube surgery, removal of lesions such as polyps or fibroids increases the chances of success in subsequent treatments.
The quality and experience of the laboratory are also crucial. Collaborative evaluation of patients by the embryology laboratory and the clinician, if possible, providing what is known as a blastocyst, the 5th-day embryo, can be effective.
For patients believed to have issues with immune response, a serum treatment that addresses this problem can be applied.
